How it works
Free check. Run your shop through the checker and see what is missing.
You send us the details. A short questionnaire: what you sell, where you ship, how customers pay. We use it to fill in the templates.
You approve, we set it up. We send you the texts to read and approve. Then we put them in your shop, or give them to you ready to paste if you prefer.
Final check. We run the checker again and send you the result. Usually everything is done within five working days.
Which platforms
Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace and custom built shops. If your platform will not let something be set up properly, we tell you before you pay.
What this is not
We are not lawyers and we do not draft legal texts. The texts come from recognised templates or from your own lawyer. We fill them in with your shop's details and set them up technically. You approve them before they go live and are responsible for their content. If you sell something with special rules, such as medicines, alcohol or financial products, or you are already in a dispute with a customer, speak to a lawyer.
Common questions
Is all of this compulsory?
Yes. Anyone selling to consumers in the EU has to say who they are, explain the 14 day right to cancel and explain how they use personal data. Cookies that are not essential need consent.
Do I need to give you access to the shop?
It helps, because then we set it up ourselves. A staff or admin account you can close afterwards is enough. If you would rather not, we send you the texts and step by step instructions.
What if something in the shop changes later?
If you change payment or delivery methods or what you sell, the texts need updating. Small changes within the first three months we make at no charge.
Can I just copy the terms from another site?
You can, but they usually describe another business, other deliveries and other payment methods. In a dispute with a customer, what counts is what applies in your own shop.
Who writes the texts?
None of us. We use recognised templates, such as those the platforms themselves offer or specialist services, or your lawyer's texts if you have them. We make sure they carry the right details and sit where they should.
