The limits

The limits, written down plainly

So you know up front what you get, and nobody gets a surprise halfway through the year.

  1. 5, 10, 20 or 40 GB of spaceThe site files, the photos and the database count. Email and backups are counted separately. For a site over 40 GB we put together a plan to measure.
  2. One site per planEach plan covers one website with its domain. A second site needs a second plan.
  3. Email from Care Basic upCare Basic includes 2 email accounts on your domain, Care Plus 5 and Care Pro 10, each up to 5 GB. Plain Hosting has no email. If you need more, or prefer Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, we help you connect them to your domain.
  4. No charge per visitorCloudflare in front of the server carries most of the load. If a site brings far more traffic than an ordinary business site, we talk it through together before anything changes.
  5. If your site growsWe tell you before it reaches the limit and suggest the next plan. A site never stops without us talking first.
  6. The domain is paid separatelyYou pay for the domain at the registry or its provider, usually €15 to €40 a year. See how to register a .cy.
  7. Changes beyond the hoursWith a plan €50 an hour and without one €60, always in 15 minute blocks, so €12.50 or €15 a block. We send a quote first and start only once you approve it.

Moving

Bringing your site from elsewhere

We work with WordPress, Laravel and plain PHP or HTML sites. Before anything else we measure it for free and tell you which plan it fits.

  1. We measure itSize, technology and what it needs to run. Free and with no obligation.
  2. We name the planBased on the space it takes, and whether anything needs fixing before the move.
  3. We test itWe copy it to our server and you check it on a temporary address, while the old one keeps working.
  4. We switch the addressWe point the domain to the new server without the site going down, and keep the first backup.

Where it lives

Where your site lives

A server in Europe In a data centre in France, running LiteSpeed and PHP 8, which makes WordPress and Laravel sites load fast.
Cloudflare in front Photos and files reach each visitor from the nearest node, and attacks stop before they reach the site.
Firewall and spam filter The server firewall keeps open only the ports the site and email need, and drops everything else. Incoming email passes a spam filter whose rules update every night, and anything that looks like spam goes to the Junk folder.
Backups off the server Backups leave the server and are kept in a separate cloud, so a problem with the server cannot take them with it.

What people ask before moving their site

Can I bring a site you did not build?

Yes, if it is WordPress, Laravel or a plain PHP or HTML site. We check it first for free and tell you if anything needs fixing before the move.

How do I know how much space my site takes?

We measure it in the free check. An ordinary business website takes less than 1 GB, and the sites we host today take 0.2 to 0.4 GB.

What about email?

From Care Basic up, email on your domain is included, 2, 5 or 10 accounts of 5 GB depending on the plan. With plain Hosting, or if you want Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, we help you connect them.

Is there a commitment?

Billing is yearly, with no monthly subscription. If you ever want to leave, we give you a full copy of your site.

Is the domain included?

No. You pay for the domain separately, usually €15 to €40 a year, and it always stays in your name.
