How long does the build take?
The Starter package is delivered in 1–2 weeks. The Business package in 2–3 weeks. The Custom package in 3–6 weeks depending on complexity.
Can I switch packages later?
Absolutely. Many clients start with the Starter package and upgrade. The website doesn't need to be rebuilt, we simply add features.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. If anything extra is needed (e.g. additional pages), we discuss it before we start and provide a written proposal.
What if I am not satisfied?
Every project includes rounds of revisions until you are 100% satisfied. We do not consider a project complete until you have approved the final result.
Are Care Plans mandatory?
No. Care Plans are optional. You purchase your site outright and contact us when you need something. Care Plans simply offer annual peace-of-mind maintenance.
